Q:What is the request for quotation?
A: You just need to share us your design picture along with size/color/quantity information, then we will send our best price to you soon
Q: Which kind of backing can you do?
A: sew-on, iron on, adhesive back, hook-and-loop
Q:What kind of design format do you need to make products?
A: JPG/PSD/PDF/AI or real sample picture. Prefer AI vector file if possible
Q:Can I get a product sample?
A: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mold cost and take picture for your approval.If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q:What's the order process?
A: We will quote them first after get design and specification. Once customer agree the price we arrange drawing then sample picture for approval. If sample confirms OK move to mass production.
Q:Will I have extra pieces of patches in hand?
A: Yes, we will send at least 1 pcs extra samples to you.
